OUR PROCESSAt BBR we take that workload off our clientele, and work to find the best match for the position at hand. We look to partner with clients willing to meet with our staff face to face, share pertinent information about the position, offer information that enables a better understanding of the company culture, location and team. Our Recruiting methodologies and practices enable our team to find a near exact match to the position at hand. Our screening processes include pre-screening conversations, face-to-face interviews, reference checks, and feedback from our network of candidates and clients. Through our diligent screening process, we can narrow the pool of candidates to the best two or three profiles for our client’s review. All BBR placements are backed by a 90 day guarantee. If a candidate does not succeed in the placed position within the first 90 days, we will either replace the candidate at no charge, or refund the fee in full.

About UsTiffany Stone, President and founder of Balanced Business Resources, has worked in the Professional Services Staffing industry for over 10 years. Upon having her first child, Tiffany left the corporate world temporarily, to focus on raising her family. While Tiffany had the opportunity to keep her hands in the corporate world, via working for her husband’s consulting company on a part time basis, she quickly discovered most parents that opt out of the workforce upon having a child, do not have such opportunities. Thus the inception of Balanced Business Resources.
